eLCM (Employee Lifecycle Management) provides a web-enabled encrypted database accessed via active directory, which can support the import of departments, positions, people, placements, credentials, platform roles and role assignments from other systems (platforms). Credentials, platforms roles and role assignments are synced (one way) according to a user-defined schedule. Users can browse via treeview the organization structure and view the details for departments, positions and people. Administrators can make changes in organizations, positions and people data. Credentials, platform roles and role assignments are considered read-only as they are imported only for performance reasons (cache).
